Planning to take advantage of a lakeside amenity
This commercial office development includes a master plan for 177 acres as well as facility programming and siting for 900,000sf of office space. The office park was designed around a 15-acre lake as a primary tenant benefit, and includes a pedestrian trail system and other recreational amenities. The 3 buildings were designed to meet stringent cost-performance requirements, and are designed as a family of related buildings sharing a consistent image. Highly efficient office floors are adaptable to single or multiple tenants and incorporate expansive glazing. Detailed electronic renderings and an entry sequence animation were developed for the Owner’s marketing materials.
