A glowing beacon from the interstate approaching Huntsville, this striking new 5-story structure is an important element in the city’s downtown revitalization.  The 66,718sf building houses administrative and banking functions, with a branch bank on the ground floor and a 5th floor conference center shared with the community.  Billed as the “coolest room in Huntsville,” the conference center features multi-media meeting rooms of varying sizes, break-out spaces, a catering kitchen, and an expansive outdoor terrace, all with breathtaking downtown views.  The interior design, with finishes and furnishings custom designed to reflect the company’s official branding palette, carries through the theme of light and transparency with an emphasis on employee wellness and comfort.  A variety of formal and informal gathering spaces on each floor foster an open, collaborative environment that optimizes functionality.  Linked to the office building by an elevated covered walkway, the adjacent 200-space parking structure is served by rooftop solar panels that supply all its energy needs.
