Keller Town Center Hampton Inn & Suites

Hilton’s prototype design was modified to be compatible with the Keller, Texas town center design guidelines

This new hotel is part of the Town Center in downtown Keller, Texas, an affluent suburb of Dallas.  In response to the guidelines established by the city’s Design Review Board, the 3-story building’s custom façade incorporates two shades of red brick, cast stone with the look of limestone, tinted clear glass, and soft peach stucco.  The interior design of the guest rooms and breakfast area of the 110-key, wood-frame hotel reflect Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Design Standards, while that of the public areas is unique to this property.  Amenities include an indoor pool, a breakfast bar, and a restaurant with indoor / outdoor seating.
