Sheraton Suites – Downtown Birmingham

The renovation of the Sheraton Presidential Suites involved a comprehensive update of the hotel’s four existing suites. The project included removing unused fireplaces, converting a walk-up sunken tub to a freestanding soaking tub, and aligning the aesthetic with the hotel’s recent lobby and guest room renovations. Due to the curved design of the rooms, strategic planning was required to optimize space and material transitions. Custom-designed elements, like vanities, were necessary due to lead time and tariff challenges. The scope also covered furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
